Mr. Staggs is a trial attorney with more than 17 years experience. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the University of Colorado College of Law and is a former law clerk to Colorado Supreme Court Chief Justice Luis D. Rovira. Mr. Staggs was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1988 and has extensive general civil litigation experience including insurance law and insurance defense.
